Background and Experience
Dr. Eugene Schmitt III joined Green Bay Plastic Surgical Associates in 1985. He earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois Medical School as a James Scholar after completing his undergraduate studies at Marquette University. Dr. Schmitt completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
Dr. Schmitt is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons. With decades of experience, he is known for providing thoughtful, patient-centered care grounded in clinical experience.
Outside of the office, Dr. Schmitt enjoys traveling extensively and holds a pilot’s license. He is also an avid motorcyclist. In addition to his distinguished medical career, Dr. Schmitt is the author of an upcoming book focused on improving healthcare delivery in the United States, An Insider’s solution to the Health Care Crisis: A new Model for Health Care Delivery.
